We're used by 1,000+ universities, nonprofits and health centers that seek to increase their engagement, learn more about their recipients through in-depth metrics and increase the overall financial impact of their outreach efforts. Whether you want to create sincere solicitations, spice up event invites or more individually thank donors, the ThankView platform will allow you to design, record, send and track 1 or 100,000 videos in minutes.

We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated, and empathetic individual to join a leadership level position in our product team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Ownership of features and/or products
  • Serve as a communication hub and facilitate collaboration across teams and departments related to your products

  • Use an effective combination of research, data, and product intuition to make timely decisions
  • Manage UX team members, testing and optimization solutions

  • Write detailed user stories, identify edge cases, and work with the engineering and UX teams to roll out features in an agile, continuous deployment environment

WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT US:

  • We offer competitive health benefits. We believe success comes from the collective effort of all, which is why all team members receive equity in the business. Right off the bat we offer our employees 17 days of vacation and 6 sick days because we understand the value of relaxation, spending time with friends and family, and seeing the world.
  • We are committed to growing our employees as well as our company; being a part of ThankView will open up a variety of opportunities in terms of development and career growth (and the stats to prove it as more than 20% of our staff have been promoted since they joined). Since launching in 2015, we’ve grown our team for 4 to 33 without taking funding. We believe deeply in office culture and have monthly bonding events to highlight our employees.

WHAT WE’LL LOVE ABOUT YOU:

  • 4+ years of experience in product management
  • Strategic problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
  • Thorough decision making process that takes into account the user experience, ThankView brand, business impact, technical requirements, leadership goals etc.

  • A strong growth mindset, unwavering grit, and an appetite for being constantly pushed beyond your comfort zone
  • Excited to work with a small interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Work full-time in our New York office (though due to the ongoing pandemic, we are currently working from home indefinitely)
  • Eligible to work in the United States legally

At ThankView, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive company. We seek to create a culture where everyone can belong because we believe that people do their best work when they can show up every day as their authentic selves.
